In the residential tower called "Aigle" on the small ring road in Sint Joost Ten Noode, the facades will be renovated. The concrete will be sustainably repaired and protected. The waterproofing of the terraces will be renewed. A new ring beam will be poured onto the terraces to attach the new balustrade.
The tower has 28 storeys and 125 flats. On the first floor is the Centre Du Monde Arabe, a local cultural centre.
