The upgrading of the cultural house 'Maison du Peuple' in Anderlecht will have to breathe new life into the old cooperative COOP. Originally, this cooperative consisted of a culture house with a historic banquet hall, some workshops and accommodation for seasonal workers. In the new project this programmatic mix will be reinterpreted. The historic ballroom, the café and the meeting rooms will be renovated. New studios will be combined with a commercial space and a micro brasserie. Finally, ten dwellings will also be integrated.
